If Your Group or District Needs to Make Changes  

 If you are new GSR or Alternate GSR: please submit this form. It will be sent to our Area 28 Registrar who will send your information to Membership Services at our General Service Office in New York.

If You Need to Make Other Changes  

  • If you have a new group or 

  • If your existing group has changed location or  

  • If your group wants to designate a new group Primary Contact Person: 

Please submit the Group Change Form. It will be sent to our Area 28 Registrar who will send your information to Membership Services at our General Service Office in New York.

What is a Primary Contact Person? General Service Office encourages each group to name a Primary Contact Person. Anyone in the group can volunteer to be the Contact Person. It may also be your GSR.  General Service sends occasional emails to your Primary Contact to help keep your group informed. There are no other duties or responsibilities.  The Primary Contact often does not change as frequently as the GSR. Without a GSR or a Primary Contact person, General Service will list a group as “Unknown” even though they may still be meeting.  

If your group changes location, dates or times: 

make sure to contact the appropriate intergroup so that your meeting is updated on the meeting list of that intergroup. If your group is already listed with your intergroup, it will appear on the Meeting Guide app with newest information!
