Area 28

Our biannual inventory consists of questions to identify Area 28 ‘s strengths and what can be improved – similar to a personal or group or district inventory. All Area 28 members are invited to participate and use your voice!
 
It will be facilitated by one of our Past Delegates, Marylou T.
There will be no voting during this inventory.
Hospitality will be provided by District 5!
 
It will be hybrid; zoom numbers are also on the flyer:

Service Position, District #, First Name, Last initial; and if you are a member at large or a GSR, please add your home group.

Online registration, meal plans, and merchandise orders for the Round Up will be closing on June 10, 2026. 
 
If you miss the deadline, you are still welcome to register on the mountain, and a limited supply of merchandise will be available for purchase on-site.
 
Whether you are joining us for a day or the full weekend, AA traditions ask that all attendees register OR ask for help! 
 
Please spread the word, and we look forward to seeing you there!

5/22/26 – ACCESSIBILITY COMMITTEE will resume ZOOM meeting on 6/3/26.
July meeting will be held on 7/8/26 instead of 7/1/26

5/17/26 – The Treatment Committee monthly meeting has been changed to the Third Thursday of the month at 4pm. The standing committee page on this website has been updated to reflect this change.

4/22/26 – Pre-registration for the Round Up is now open! 

This year’s Round Up will include:
•  A Mad Hatter–themed party on Friday night with recovery performances
• A live band on Saturday
• Guest speakers flying in to share their experience, strength, and hope
• speaker-led workshops and over 12 additional workshops focused on encouraging sober living
•  Expanded meeting offerings and a 24-hour Alcathon room
• Cornhole tournament, sobriety countdown, and more surprises
Al Alon speaker, workshops, and Alateen too!!
We are also looking for volunteers and fellowship food contributions.
There are many lodging options in the area, including Airbnbs, local motels, and campgrounds.
Whether attending for one day or the full weekend, registration is required. A registration lanyard will be needed to participate in this year’s Round Up.

5/22/26 – 12 Concepts for World Service Animated Video – We are pleased to announce that the Twelve Concepts for World Service animated video is now available for viewing in EnglishFrench, and Spanish. The video was adapted from an A.A. Great Britain version in adherence to an Advisory Action of the General Service Conference of the U.S./Canada.

The video is based on the A.A. pamphlet The Twelve Concepts for World Service Illustrated.
